What to say. I'm in the best shape of my life right now. Running (not literally) day to day at 10% body fat, losing and gaining a pound week to week. I used to buy L shirts and 36W pants, now I buy M shirts and 32 pants. I'm thrilled. My energy is through the roof, and I literally jump around when I get excited.
It was a lot of work, but I can you all it's so worth it. Go y'all.
