Busy day here,lots to do, going out of town tomorrow. I'm nervous about staying in the hotel and being 5 1/2 hrs. away from my own kitchen where I know what there is to eat. BUT i have a plan! I'm going to make my food for this weekend, put the carb counts on the containers, pack it in a cooler, and store it in the mini fridge of the room. I hope this helps me stay on track. Plan on getting most of my excerise from swimming. Have a good weekend everyone! (Wont beable to track my food this weekend,i'll be back tuesday.)
