Am almost tapered off the oral steroids and soon the inhaled ones; hopefully, my weight will continue to drop as I just stick to the eating pattern I've found so easy and useful. Feeling better with more stamina and strength is my primary goal; the weight loss is one factor. Clean, simple to make but tasty food is a tool. Staying away from processed foods as much as possible. Have done less dairy (especially cheese) since last late summer. Feels better.
