Made the mistake of undereating (unintentionally) yesterday. I had so much energy from where the weight was coming off and the healthier food I'd been eating that I spent from 9 am- 8 pm deep cleaning and running errands.
Normally I eat in 200-300 calorie pockets throughout the day and night, but got so busy yesterday that I only ate around 1100 calories before I got so tired that I couldn't stay up any longer. Woke up and had gained 2 lbs back and with a migraine. I'm still new to this and working out my eating plan, but I learned to not let this happen again.
