I weigh myself everyday. From now on, I will only update my weight when I am down from the previous weigh in. I hate weekly weigh ins because they leave room for disappointment. I'd rather weigh everyday and keep track of how I'm doing that way if I start to slip, then I'll be able to refocus. I don't want to say well I did bad this week so let's blow it. Weight loss is a daily struggle.

I agree. I started doing that a few weeks ago. The ups and downs can get very frustrating. So far, it's helped keep me a little more motivated.

I decided to do exactly the same as far as plotting my weight. I don't need the visual reminder because if it's not on the graph then I know it's higher. I also am not measuring this time. My clothes are giving me an idea of how much is coming off. Some actually fit again! :)
