Again I wake up, after a full night's restful sleep, and (3) hours into the day, and I feel like crap. I want to go back to my bed and sleep.

I know this feeling of being tired will last the whole day.

It's better when I eat better, but still the days where I'm energized are few and far between. Most of my life is spent on feeling 'barely OK' energy wise.

A good day is when around 9 I want to go to sleep. A bad day is when like now, when a few hours into my day, I just feel exhausted.

I've just seen an episode of Dr Oz where the trainer guaranties feeling energized after 7 days. And the diet does make sense. It's just a bit more 'granola' than what I'm accustomed to.

Best of luck to Me!!! lol

This author did hit home. He said he was struggling with low energy for the last 20 years and looking for a remedy.

A proper diet could really help you with this but that means no more white rice/bread/pasta, chocolate, chips etc

I hate to pull this out because you've probably been thru it but just in case .. how is your Vit D levels?

Never checked VitD levels. Usually doc checks iron. At snez / it's not too bad, I very rarely eat chocolate, chips, etc. Thanks for your input.

I was speaking to my doctor who ordered blood tests to figure out what was causing my eyesight problem, and the Vitamin D came back a little low. I'm on it now. He said that so many people could benefit from Vitamin D3, because it boosts your mood and mental performance. Dr. Weil recommends 2000 IU each day, but I am cautious about adding supplements. I started taking two 400 IU caplets.
