Eight hours of sleep. After two days of caffeine consumption and not sleeping that well, I'm cutting out caffeine again.

Morning plank. Ten minutes on the Air Walk Trainer first thing in the morning to burn off glycogen.

Today was an up day on the Alternate-Day Diet (eat all I want).

Cardio: 40 minutes plus 51 minutes on the Air Walk Trainer binge-watching "The Finder" on Netflix. Steps: 441.

Relaxation: 25-minute nap

I bought a Lodge LCS3 Pre-Seasoned Cast-Iron Chef's Skillet, 10-inch for $14.97 from Amazon as a part of my transition away from non-stick cookware. I ordered a Sunny Twister Stepper with Handle Bar in hopes of strengthening my legs to with steps and a PUREX Technology Tablet Desk mount/clamp and stand for 8.9" to 10.4" with swivel base and extended arm - PXP-03 so I can use a tablet while exercising.

I don't have a tablet, but if I did that stand would be awesome. That tablet stand price seems very reasonable. Good luck with that!
