Searching on play store for 30 day workouts to get me back in the swing. You do get rest days each week and some of them are only 5 mins long but if I don't do it or sign in on a rest day I lose my streak so it makes me excercise daily. I've chosen abs master 8-15mins, Dumbells 12-20mins and a stretching workout 4-12mins. I'll be having a rest day tomorrow and sorting out my fasting times and meal planning, I'm starting to get myself back into the right mindset which is a good start.
