I found myself living by the scale again today and it almost derailed me from my journey back to find myself. Scale at home said I was 220.5, scale at work said 222.0 and scale at bank said 221.5. I became so frustrated that I almost ate some of the donuts somebody brought it but I DIDNT. I told myself NO, don't become obsessed by the scales, your weigh in days are Monday, just wait and surprise yourself.
