I am feeling a bit better today - trying to find things to feel positive about! The sun is shining and the weather is sweet - that's something right there!

I am still keeping my focus on my LC eating! I need to get fully back to my Intermittent fasting routine because I found it really works. I am eating too late into the evening and there's nothing good about that. I start my first Yoga class on Sunday at 11 am. I am going for the unlimited yoga package for one month so that I can try various programs and also figure out how to fit it in what I do. My 15 yr old daughter is coming with me to try it out as well. I have everything I need but I have to get her a yoga mat as well. Looking forward to the experiment - I hope I finally find that activity that will work for me. Have a great day all!

Jenn, I don't know personally, but I hear from my daughter that Yoga really relieves stress and brings a feeling of peace. My daughter takes yoga classes at her gym but she practices it at home as well. You are going to get through all this and I am so proud of you for trying to start off your day on a positive note. Thanks for your support and comments! I am looking forward to the Yoga classes ..... I feel that I really need an outlet and a place to center/energize. I have one month to figure out if it makes sense to pay for a longer term commitment so I will go as much as possible to figure it out!
