Didn't wear blue light blocking glasses until 11 pm. Seven hours of sleep, followed by two hours of drowsing listening to podcasts. I had a wide awake episode but was able to recover.

Morning plank. Ten minutes on the Air Walk Trainer first thing in the morning to burn off glycogen.

Today is an up day on the Alternate-Day Diet (eat all I want).

One hour of exercises for posture, neck, and trunk from "Age-Defying Fitness." Thirty-one minutes of eight great exercise for legs from "Age-Defying Fitness," ten minutes warmup and cooldown. Cardio: 40 minutes on the Sunny Air Walk Trainer. 492 steps.

Relaxation: 25-minute nap.

The Vegetti arrived today. It looks safer and easier to clean than I thought it would be. I don't have any fresh vegetables to use it with. I've still got a freezer full of frozen veggies, not to mention a pantry full of cans. I do look forward to sauteing spiral-sliced veggies in olive oil.

I found the Striiv "smart" pedometer and will start using it again today.
