Another new low. 17st 3.75lbs ish. Helped of course by fasting yesterday. I will be eating today so no doubt it will fluctuate up and down next few days, especially cos of Christmas Day. Getting closer though to 17st target for year end!! I just have to watch those carbs!!!!
