So today is going really well. I had a good day at work that kept my mind off of food. I am a substitute teacher so I'm always busy inside the classroom. I have been tracking my food all day and have not gone off track once! My goal for the first few weeks is to just stay under my calories. I feel a 21 day challenge is going underway!
