I am totally trying to sike myself out before the gym...one day left and then my poor muscles can take a chill pill (I know that they will be happy to have one ha-ha) Had I not temporarily given up wine spritzer's I would be living up tomorrow! LOL

Say a prayer for me tonight that I can hang man...I need to hang LOL

sister, you "hanged" really well tonight! I'm so glad it's FRIDAY in the gym! I think getting you a birthday gift will be easy this year! how about a gift certificate to the massage parlor?? LOL Waaaambulance!
