Every Sunday I try to make my lunches for the week so that it makes it easier during the week since they seem to get so busy. Tonight I took my new spiralizer and made z'oodles and then added cubed chicken, bell peppers and onions from our garden, a little smokey jalepeno spice and 1/2 oz of cheese and it looks yummy.

I wanted to buy one of those veggie noodle maker gadgets, but thought I would use it one time and give up. I should buy one. Sounds yummy!

Oh do it! you can use it with zucchini, apples, potato's, carrots, cucumbers. You'll love it! Plus if you can change spaghetti noodles to zucchini noodles think of the calories saved. =)

You convinced me to get that noodle maker gadget! I will probably practice using it on a piece of apple first. I always have 1 or 2 bags of apples at home. :)

There are some recipes at skinnytaste.com that use zucchini noodles. I've been thinking of getting one of those gadgets too!
