no more dieting. clearly dieting does not work for me or I wouldn't be in the same place now as I was 4 years ago. So much time and effort and no result. Im not doing it any more. I am gluten free and addicted to bread (gf of course) so no more bread, just because its not good for me, it makes me tired and then I eat more. Without it I eat more fruit and veges which is good. I have decided to stop weighing and counting and just eat really well and base everything on veges or fruit and then add to it. Lean. But if I want a wine or a cake im going to have it and not spend the next week worrying about it. I have been doing this for 10 days and I feel good. I need to trust in myself. The weight may not come off quickly but it will and at least I am changing the way I eat permanently and not just a quick fix. I am feeling really good about the whole thing. Reading about clean eating and nourishing recipes.
