Just had Trader Joe's Pizza Veggie Burgers for lunch! They were amazingly satisfying and delicious! I made them according to skillet directions, but the last minute added a bit of water to steam and soften. I think they would be good for any food plan, even low carb. Subtract the fiber and each burger is only 3 net carbs! These are a keeper! :D
