Sometimes totally changing up what you eat helps get over the plateau's. Different than usual food's, different portions, different times.
ie if eating 3 meals switch to six meals of smaller portions and foods you don't often eat. Doesn't need to be permanent but may help.
Keep in mind our bodies may prefer a small portion of a 'diner' type meal for breakfast. Switch it out...

I’m not sure if that would work for me I pretty much eat the same thing every day for a few months and then switch when Seasons change lol
I’m not sure how that would work because isn’t food just energy ?

I was the same. Eating the same most of the time with the seasons. Dietitian said to think of food as your bodies medicine, needed for every bodily function. Mind, energy, sight, hair, skin, strength, health etc...
I kept plateauing and changed it up as told. Has worked every time.

Thanks if I plateau again I might try it. For now my scale is going back down again I work out a lot every day I think I just hit a place where I gain more muscle than I lose fat and feel like I’m stuck lol
I do eat super healthy and I’m vegan
I’m hoping to get down to 72 in the next week would be amazing if I could hit 70 for Christmas
