Just remember the water not only flushes out the salt but also the fat...it will subside eventually, I drink gallons of water and if exercising you do need the water....Remember to always check the grams of salt in the foods you eat.. There are a lot of foods out there with high salt..those you do not want. It sure is a learning process when wanting to loose the pounds but well worth the time and effort...You will succeed too, have a blessed day!

Eat tomatoes. The potassium in them helps eliminate the sodium. Just don't put salt on the tomatoes!
