NO EXCUSES DAY 1
SO far so good,SB approved breakfast. Working at my computer listening to Pastor Paul Sheppard. Praying for strength.
Today I have eaten:
Breakfast 2 slices of turkey bacon 2 eggs (made in the microwave no oil or butter added)
Lunch 1 can leaf spinach 1 turkey cutlet
Dinner Cabbage cooked with chicken bullion and butter (YUM, YUM, YUM) 2 turkey cutlets baked with no oil.
I am proud of me, I did good today. Lets tackle tomorrow!!! I am ready :)
No cravings for carbs YET :)
