1. Im eating carnivore diet.. so no carbohydrates. keto diet possibly would have same effect. 2. I fast... I dont eat on Mondays, or Thursdays.. You cant really do fasting if you are just starting and have been eating carbohydrates. Much better to start on Keto and do 16:8 20:4 or one meal a day. Thats how I started.. Im not recommending you to follow what ive done,,
