Did my 5 mile walk already this morning. Not feeling tired at all, so that's good.
I am drinking water and tea like crazy and trying to keep well hydrated.
So far the cravings haven't been an issue. I ordered pizza for the kids last weekend, but made myself a salad and burger and went upstairs. Never saw or smelled the pizza, so I never wanted any.
Next, I need to sign up for some new classes at the Y. That should help burn even more fat away!
