I paid my doctor a visit yesterday. We went over my lab results. They weren't perfect but he said that I'm doing well for a man my age. I don't take that as an insult. I take it as a shot of reality and it reinforced some of what I have accepted when setting my goals. He restated that according to statistics having a body fat percentage in the low teens is not a good choice for a man my age. My body fat is just below 20 percent. Maintaining my body fat at this percentage and not losing weight is my current challenge. My number one goal is to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle for as long as I can.

Yesterday I ate under my calorie goal, met my protein goal, and met all activity goals. 841 kcal deficit // BF unchanged and is still out of range // missed Sleep Goal
