I am now on day 4 on Atkins. Day 2 and 3 I felt like crap but decided not to give up. Today I feel much better. I hope this is the end of the hardest phase. I am happy with the weight loss. It seems to be happening too quickly but I guess it is because it's only the first week. Overall I am HAPPY.
