Day #3.

On point. Ate well, hit the gym. I was planning on running for 40 minutes but my shins, knees and calves were having none of it. I recovery rate just isn't as fats as I would like so had to settle for 20 min and then finishing on the elliptical. Anyone have any good tips for speeding up leg recovery.

Water water water, of course... Ice baths are supposed to help (like literally fill the tub with cold water, dump ice in, then put just your legs in for 10 min [never tried, but heard about it]), Ibuprofen if you need it, and movement.
