Do you think I need to reduce my calories more ?
Exercise wise I do the same amount every day I’m not sure if I’m gaining much muscle now, my legs seem about the same. When I started this was easy I lost the first 60kilos so fast but now it’s painfully slow.
I feel like my BMR is lower than calculated like it says I need 2600 calories but I am eating 1200 and I barely lose any weight since I began this goal ?
