Omron body fat monitor: 27.3, BMI: 19.3. BF back up but still below where I started, which was around 30. Cardio: 327 steps.
Today was a cheat day for the Alternate-Day Diet and an exercise rest day. I ate below my RDI because I hit the 1,500 mg limit on sodium. I've tried various blenders to mix whey protein and diet shakes. My latest trial was the Blender Bottle, which is a container with a metal shaker ball inside. However, it leaks and it fails to mix all the powder so it's going on Freecycle.
Not doing much aside from binge-watching the last episodes of the first season of "Grimm". For some reason, I missed those after watching the first part of the season.
