I did 12 minutes of stretching in bed, an hour of eight great exercises for posture, neck and trunk, and flexibility from "Age-Defying Fitness". Cardio: 45 minutes on the Air Walk Trainer, still watching episode from the end of the season one of "Grimm" that I haven't seen before, 1,589 steps.
I went 200 mg over 1,500 of sodium on my RDI. I discovered an Evol cilantro lime chicken burrito while organizing the freezer. I should have stepped away from the burrito - a burrito too far.
