Well, it's been a long time since I recorded a journal entry. Last year I started having trouble with my legs. I was walking 9-13 miles a week and feeling great. Then I started having leg issues with cramping and twitching. I've tried everything under the sun to fix them, including Nerve conduction tests, and epidural steroid injections in my back. But they don't know what is causing my issues. So I now take muscle relaxers everyday so I don't cramp.
I was on the Atkins diet since September 2012 and lost from 229 to 156 in June of 2013. Now, I'm back up to the 180's. Figured out that I'm craving different foods that I've not been able to have for so long, so...
I've decided to diet differently and try to eat healthy but no more than around 1300 calories each day. Seems to be going good, until I went on a cookout with my church today where EVERYTHING there was Not LOW CARB.
So I blew it today, but, not giving up. I need to get all this back off me somehow.
