So yesterday was a bomb, over by about 300 calories if my get to weight, but I made some improvements. And I may actually not have went o Er since I was full and technically only ate about 3 bites of it. But I counted it anyway. Still I walked and cut way back on my junk eating, so I still won a bit I’d say!
