I left my lunch bag at home, containing my breakfast in it as well. I usually have snacks in my drawer, which surprise today I do not :-(. So, I'm sitting here sipping on my fruit infused water while I try to figure out what the heck I'm going to eat today!

I hate it when it happens to me!!! At the uni I go to, it is very easy to make bad food choices, so I either end up fasting or going overboard!!!

Get you some healthy nuts, i.e. brazil or pecan nuts, a protein shake and try adding coconut oil to your coffee or tea as it is a healthy fat that your body needs and helps keep you full in between meals.

if it were me, I would go and purchase a rotisserie chicken from some local market. Protein is filling and less calories than some other fast food options. But that is me.

I got "lucky" and one of my coworkers brought in Caesar salad for everyone, but I could just taste the salt in the dressing lol. I did make myself feel better by getting some fresh beets and red cabbage from the farmer's market. I'm not sure what I am going to do with the beets just yet, but I know I want to take one and boil it with some pasta for a pretty Greek pasta salad.
