day 3...

why is it everytime I start a diet I seem not to be able to sleep?

And yet, it's when I'm tired that I go off my diet.

I had the weirdest dreams yesterday...about Jeanne, and my mother.

I woke up at 12, at 6 and at 7. and my sleep was very unrestful.

Woke up this morning feeling so sluggish.

I think it has to do with the amount of sugar in the bloodstream...and plus the fact that I drink a lot of water, which keeps me going to the bathroom in the night...its something to work on.

But at least, I've clarified my diet to myself. Gave myself some rules of conduct...so to speak.

Tonight is Tai Chi, and as usual, I don't feel like going at all.
