Haven't been exercising for my weight loss journey, wanted to lose the weight by controlling what i eat. Since i know this is suppose to be a life style change, i didn't want to incorporate a exercise routine into my life that i would do forever, so just working on the food end. That being said i got the urge to just get outside and do something different. So i went for a nice brisk Walk. Fast enough that was difficult to speak but could spit out sentence fragments a few words long but couldn't have held a conversation so i know i was going at a decent speed. I just walked around the neighborhood admiring some of the different house build styles. Did a 30 min walk. (before the 30 min tried walking the dog but with him keep stopping to smell everything, i wasn't doing anything of value weight loss wise so i went back home after a 10 min walk with him. (so total 40 min but dont really count the 10)
