Lose weight they say and just think you're lazy. It's difficult enough, but worse as you get older. I've tried multiple things, but the thing that is working for me right now is following a diabetes plan. I don't have it but my hubby does and keeping your cabs around 25% actually works. I was walking and eating 'healthy' meals....whatever that is, but this is working. So happy. 😊
