doing good to keep steady. My problem now is all the excess skin. Anyone know what I can do to tone this up? I'm trying a bunch of different things, not really sure if anything's working. Most of the loose skin is hanging over the ribs & under the belly. There's some tuckshop arm thing happening as well. I don't want to go under the knife, I'm not that vain!! but it's pretty depressing when I'm lying down the tummy is completely flat then when standing up it's hanging everywhere. what can I do??

From what I understand, it can take up to a year for your skin to go back the way it was. But that is based on many different factors. The best thing to do is tone as you lose. Strength training to build muscle and firm, and cardio to reduce fat. Good luck!
