How often do you measure? I'm just curious, because I'm not sure how often it's best to measure?

I think it's best NOT to weigh and measure more than 1x / week; lots of things can factor into the measurements being off just like weight . .. . water retention, food you ate etc .. . the bra you're wearing . .. . I believe I'm losing fat and gaining muscle which is slow weight loss so I keep my morale up with the measurements . ... I am going to get a pair of body fat calipers which is probably another good way to gage progress!

I measured when I first started but never did again. I should do that. hope I can find the paper I wrote it down on. please tell me im not the only one that gets so busy they forget.

Good to know. I only weigh once a week. I haven't been measuring more often than once a month, because the results seem to be slower there for me.
