Life has been so hectic last 2 weeks since the kids moved in with me. I lost my focus on me and my weight loss journey, I havent been keeping my food
journal up and havent been accountable to myself. I stepped on the scale today and it said 218.5 which is a 2 pound gain since Monday, this was a major wake up call to me. I need to put me first or before I know it I will be back up to close to 240 instead of under 200 which is my goal.
