Back is feeling much better so I decided to jog again today, oh how I have missed you jogging. I was surprised at that because I really don't consider myself a die hard runner but maybe I am turning into one. The one thing I am happy about today's run is, even though I didn't run last week I didn't lose any time, yay! Now I just need to keep up my stretching exercises so that I keep my back strong. I'm so happy to hear that your back is better. That's great that you enjoyed your jogging and made good time. I'm hoping to do some walking/jogging today, as long as the weather holds up.
