My husband is an avid gardener so I reap the benefits of that. I do a lot of freezing, drying, canning and just plain eating of our fruits and veggies. One of my favorite things to do is create my own dishes from our veggies. So I made a pasta salad today for our lunches. We will see tomorrow what it tastes like. It has pasta, peppers, squash, broccoli, bacon and a little ranch dressing. It looks yummy.
