its been 102 days and lost 47.8 lbs. that is 0.46 lbs a day
if i can keep a pace of 0.4 lbs a day going, i need 143 more days and if my math if correct that should be dec 16th. So by end of year i could potentially reach my goal by 2015 :P
I hear the last stretch of weight loss to ideal weight is difficult so i wont be upset if i dont reach my ultimate goal of 170 by 2015, and will be happy/content once i am out of the 200's even 199 still 29 lbs shy of my goal weight before then. despite content i will keep heading to my high school weight of 170 again (i was even 170 all the way til i was 27 years old when i started to put this weight on in the first place. So cant really call it just high school weight.)
also just realized i am just 4.7 lbs shy of the half way mark to my goal :P (think that will call for reason to celebrate soon)
