DH took the dogs walking, so I ventured out on my own 3.6 miles, around the lake and through some of the neighborhood. Definitely feeling the increased distance, but it's nice for a bit of a change in scenery.

Sandy, I started walking again last week and restarted my kettlebell workouts, and my hind quarters are killing me today. The sitting muscles are really hurting, as are the insides of my thighs. Told the hubby I know what a wishbone feels like! Yikes. Hope your day is awesome and great job with the increased mileage! :)
