Day off from exercise today. Did fine with food until late tonight when I was hungry and ate too much PB again. Now, at nearly midnight, I'm extra hot and my heart is pounding and I know it's all from the food.
Gotta remember this feeling and do better tomorrow.

Sandy, I can't speak for it's taste, but have you tried SF or organic PB? Will prevent you from going over those carbs.

Hi Keli. Yes, I have some s/f PB but, of course, it's not as good as Jif. I think I could get used to it if that's all I ever had, but if Jif is in the cupboard, it's no contest!!
