Not up much, maybe just fluids.. sounds like you have had a stressful week, stress can influence your body. You've been on a downward trend so you are doing great!! Personally I haven't worried about those little UPS and downs.

SUGAR! Looking back over my food journal, I had something with sugar in my diet almost every single day! UGH! That stuff is evil! &@^#&!!!!! Pardon my language. I CAN NOT eat sugar. I KNOW it makes me gain weight too! I guess I just convinced myself since I was staying in the calorie range, and it was just a little bit, it wouldn't be that bad. I had a lazy week and just didn't have the energy to make real food. WELL GUESS WHAT! It's a new week and last week is history! Grr...
