think my weight stalled the past week.. why? i dont really know. i just think my weight is just really stubborn at this point because in the past, this is where it would start to get hard.

but for the time being, eating on the atkins diet and doing minimal exercise and feeling great, this is really awesome so i'm not complaining.

i want to start my usual workout schedule again but i feel too lazy to do it in the morning before work like i used to do. hmm.. i'll work on that. :)

all in all. even if i splurge on buffets and eating out, i can pick and choose my food accordingly so my carbs are still controlled. i'm proud about that. im amazed that i haven't given into sweet cravings yet. okay okay.. at the buffet i ate 1 strawberry for dessert. im guilty. :3
