Hey, GOOD JOB!!! It's so easy to get into this WOL and have it seem like it's taking forever! But truth be told, most people only lose between 1/2 - to 2 lbs a week... regardless of what method they are using to get it off! The more you lose, typically the more it slows down. The body is a funny thing... it thinks it knows where it wants to 'maintain' ... just be faithful, keep it going, drink your water, stay the course, and it will pick up the losing again... you may cycle through this kind of slow progress a couple of times. (not really a plateau, but close...) You really are doing a great job!!! (and you can always look at it this way... time will go by, whether you are doing this or not... so in the end, you come away with a new lifestyle, a healthier happier you, and a new WOE to help you maintain it) WhOOO Hooo!
