Wow! I started a food diary yesterday and it helped me overcome my plateau. I lost the first 20 pounds pretty quickly and hit a plateau for a couple of months. After strenuous dance practice for the past few weeks, that broke the plateau and I loss 3 more pounds. However, since dance practice will not be until next month, the food diary and being conscious of what I eat is continuing my weight loss.
