Looking back over the week since last weigh in makes me have lot's of thoughts. One in particular is that so many things we can't control or choices that we make affect our weigh ins. We must take the good with the bad and start over again each day as we journey hoping we learned from yesterday what worked and what didn't. Looking into next week having hope that we (I) can do it and make great choices and that things will go our way.
