Another beautiful Charleston day...did my 5 mile jog/walk of the bridge...a bit windy, but the resistance makes me work a little harder. I was also starving today...ate double the amount of snack I normally eat. But then again I've been hungry all weekend. Friday was a major cheat day for me...I ate in the range of 8 to 10 slices of pizza that day...of course I started eating them at 11am and didn't stop until 2am...not to mention the alcohol I consumed. But I'm okay with it...it is very rare that I eat "real" pizza or drink alcohol. Gotta splurge sometime. Back to the gym tomorrow...gonna hit it hard again next week. I'm happy at how much stronger I'm feeling because I'm lifting. I'm just ready for this stupid tummy to be gone!!! Tried on my bikinis tonight...still have a long way to go...but I'm sure I will be there by May or at least close enough that I can wear my swimwear.
