I feel myself slipping and I am working real hard on stopping it. My goal for this weekend is to start adding exercise into my day. I hate exercise always have but I know the weight isnt gonna come off if I dont help it along and 20 minutes doing wi-fit isnt gonna do it. I used to walk 3 miles by the river everyday and I got away from that and its time to start back. I need to start doing something to counter when I am bad food wise and I need to get off my butt to do that.
