I had a 6 day b-day blast! The bad thing is that it was not that healthy, but at least I'm back on exercising and will take care of what I eat starting from tomorrow (gotta be careful 'cause I'll be going out with my grandma, mom and little cousin). Today, I learned a lesson: not eating anything I can't record (thanks Pesto-Bread for the lesson) and it seems like I was tired/disconcentrated tonight, read the labels wrongly and ended up eating 2 pop tarts giving a huge caloric intake which was not of healthy stuff, but anyways I'm trying hard to take everything as a lesson and not a frustration and I'm also trying to enjoy this time of my life and have fun through it.
